30 Gr. Blue, drawing numbers, three examples, here with more prescribed stroke of pen cancellation "Leipzig I, 4 / 11 74", in properly franked mixed franking, with 1 Gr. Carmine, 2 1/2 on 2 1/2 Gr. Brown and block of five 5 Gr. Pale brown-ochre, on the back one post package address (main part) from Leipzig over Bremen to Washington / USA (Distr. Columbia). The breast shield stamps are clean by means of single circle postmark "LEIPZIG K. P. A. N I. 4 11 74" cancelled and have partly commercially small quality restrictions. For the three 30 Gr.
