3 penny Germania, plate flaw I "DFUTSCHES REICH" - same two copies as correctly franked multiple franking on local letter "Rostock 22.6.09", expertized Jäschke BPP (signed twice), the two stamps from mixed sheets and then both with plate flaw to be used is strange! Decorative and rare document!
