1938 - 1987, mint never hinged collection, more then complete from two kettledrum postage stamps, as well Michel no. 8 / 16, 17 / 25 expertized Debo BPP, 21 I, 23 I expertized Debo BPP, 24 I expertized Debo BPP and 25 I expertized Debo BPP, from 1950 mostly per 2 or in blocks of four collected, the early values partly a little having mould stains, otherwise in allways good condition, nice and interesting collection from abandonment of a collection in the stockbook
