Opulently ornamented so-called Hyderabad belt from two rounded braided chains, the of three adorned clasp to be in suspension and one central six-link buckle with opulently floral and geometric decor, on face four representations of the Kirtimukha and reverse two inscriptions, seeming protective formulas. The screw-cap possesses a left-hand thread, the so named english thread. Seeming 2. Half 19th century to early 20th century India. Silver, proved. Use- and age traces. L. Approximate 80, 0 cm. Ca. 384 large from an important baden of Wuerttemberg private collection.
