November 1918, envelope franked with three Spanish stamps to 5 cent and two values to 10 cent, from Barcelona to Vienna and thence to Stuttgart, handwritten inscription \"Nouvelles de family\" (births and marriages and deaths), to German French agreement from January 1917 over the postal service traffic from and to Spain because Spain in the first world war a neutral country was, the transit from correspondence through France permitted, as far as only births and marriages and deaths with inscription \"Nouvelles / Affaires de family\" on the cover stand, military or war correspondence was prohibited, reverse French censor tape and stamps from Lyon (censorship number 203) on front- and reverse side. On face further French censorship \"*\" in violet number 38 in blue colour, besides Vienna dated postmark from 15. XI. 18, rare and interesting letter!
