1948-1970. mint never hinged and used stock in the stock book. with many the better first issues, partly also multiple (among others 3 x souvenir sheet 1 mint never hinged included) . also a complete black overprint with centered postmarks Berlin Charlottenburg expertized Schlegel BPP as well.
