OKATJOMBOA, central fully legible strike, provisional year 15, perfect condition, probably rarest cancellation of German South West Africa, major rarity, never offered, stamp twice expertised Bothe BPP with very low placed signatures; see photo for perforations, one slightly short at top, probably immaterial as no other example is on market anyway, Arge price on request.
