1 Kr. green, horizontal strip of three in the taxis cut as an inadequate postage paid on mail organization cover, with Vierringstempel "142" together with K1 "OFFENBACH 13 7 (1865)" and remark "E P. 6" (addition postage 6 Kr.) via a Baden travelling post office to Heidelberg. The cover would have been stamped correctly with 6 Kr., the receiver had to pay 3 Kr. missing cover charges plus 3 Kr. surtax.
