The overprint type 4 happens (field 21 or 71), very fine condition, 5 Pfg. canceled perfectly on 10 Pfg. steep overprint "CHINA", overprint in type 4 and 2 as a horiziontal pair, "TSINGTAU 23/5 00": " ... in the half sheet only once, certificate Jäschke-L. BPP (2011) are in fresh color, well perforated and are in fault-free, canceled condition ". Item piece!
