War mail 1917, wrapper shipment with German Empire 5 Pfg Germania and printed, shortened on the left stamp "BERLIN 22.11.17" to Jerusalem by mail with cancel "RUSE OF GUERRE RETURN" and an Arabic speaking cancel returned. Jerusalem was occupied by British troops in December 1917. A time historically interesting document!
