7 + lighter emergency issue of three stamp prepared for use in German East Africa, horizontal pair with two time type I (!) from the left upper corner in perfect condition unused. Those pairs are only from the first both sheet rows possible and were almost always separated, about the vertical type pairs to condition. Therefore are they very rare!
