Prepayments of postage, Morogoro provisional issue, cover with red cancel "franked by 7 + H" and black (!) seal of office. Very scarce combination, the only in little copies recorded is! Cover with small corner crease at the bottom on the right, what at the rarity no roll act might, otherwise very fresh. Reverse two small pencil signs. Study group 2. 800.
