May, very heavily oversea registered cover in the weight to 450 g with the key value the crest issue 200 C in mixed franking with a spectacular mass franking 48 x overprint issue 1 on 10 C, as well to Angers / France besides an inverse overprint 6 C on 200 C yellow and others values, rare on cover to see 50 C and 2 x 25 C red orange, in the middle opened and traces of weight, a very rare document (former starting price 300)
