1862, so called Italy temporary solution: seated Helvetia 2 Rp. gray, 1 1/2 pieces (left stamp cut into otherwise full (at margin line) - till white margined) being a 3 Rp. printed matters franking on Gazzetta Ticinese no. 138 from 25. August 1862 to Italy used, passing over cancellation "LUGANO 25 AOUT 62 10 S" and small alongside P. D. From Lugano, interestingly enough is in the papers an item over the following perforated issue from the 1. oct 1862 and the Lifting of the Italy provisorium, d. H. The use halved 2 Rp. Strubel stamps, excellent preservation, certificate with photograph Hertsch and attest Rellstab, Zumstein No. 27, SBK SFr. 16. 000.-
