Crease trace crosses stamp and envelope at top. Stamp was removed to smooth crease and not replaced exactly in original position. Cover within London to "38 Threadneedle Street". Three Treasury Roulette covers to this address are recorded, all with this characteristic top crease, of little consequence given the rarity.
