S." overprint on a souvenir card "OPPELN", cancelled "OPPELN * 1 i 18. 2. 20 2-3 N", flawless condition, photo certificate Mikulski AIEP, who also mentions that it is the first genuine piece with the red overprint that he has examined, a great rarity of the Oppeln emergency issues and of the entire Upper Silesian philately - it is the only card of all cards that bears a stamp without an overprint, pictured in the handbook on page 96 / card 6.
