Chamber of Commerce stamps in a mixed franking with French stamps 1, 75 Fr. and 3 Fr. on an overfranked registered local letter from "La Baule 10. 04. 1945" with a reverse arrival stamp dated 11. 04. 1945, envelope with small traces of glue - not uncommon due to the ungummed stamps, expertise by Lothar Herbst VP (2025).
