OKAHANDYA manuscript, fully written town name with travelling postmark I of 29.9.95 on attractive commercial cover with two 20 Pfennig Crown/Eagle to Barmen, Germany (one stamp with minimal impairments from commercial use). One of rarest German South West Africa manuscript cancellations on exceptionally beautiful entire, nearly all other known examples showing only abbreviated "Okah". Particularly valuable with full town name as here. Illustrated in Dr. Steuer handbook p. 270, expertised Drahn, Willmann, photo certificate Jäschke-Lantelme BPP (2020) "Entires with this cancellation are very rare and recorded in only a few examples, so in my opinion the minimal impairments are of little consequence".
For lots of the clearance sale we accept underbids up to 30% starting price - if there is no higher bid!
